Under the supervision of the HR Director, the Clinical Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, interview and hiring process for all clinical st! aff at JHHCG. Clinical staff to include but not limited to RN, LPN, PT, OT, PTA, RT, Pharmacist, Pharm Tech, SLP and MSW. Provides appropriate reporting and statistical information, coordinates full cycle recruitment to hiring activities, including sourcing, hiring and orientation; creates recruitment materials and advertising, and attends job fairs/open house functions. Position requires one year of health care recruitment experience, Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry skils, ability to multi-task, communicate clearly and to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Must have excellent customer service and problem resolution skills. Prefer a bachelor's degree or a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Licensed or education in a clinical field preferred.
