• Current state licensure as Pharmacist required Completion of a Bachelor`s or Pharm.D. from an accredited College of Pharmacy( with a minimum of 2 years o! f management experience) or PGY-2 and specialized residency training in Health-System Pharmacy Administration required. Must have a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations, procedures, and equipment. knowledge of computers, software, and network information/functions related to pharmacy systems; machines, tools, and equipment used in a pharmacy environment and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot a variety of equipment and devices required.

Responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Central Pharmacy and associated satellites; Management and direct operational oversight of professional pharmacists and other non-professional staff; Works closely with the other pharmacy administrative team to establish policies and procedures, and develops new programs; Works closely with external customers and internal resources to develop, establish, provide, and monitor pharmacy services for direct patient care; Maintains a lead role in the ad! vancement of the profession of pharmacy. This position reports! directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
