How you will serve our residents and our community:
Consistently and genuinely demonstrates the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.
Performs duties of a front line supervisor to other Health Center associates.
Interac! ts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of associates.
Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:
Current and active state appropriate LPN license.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer orientation to older adults.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
