Regional Clinical Sales Support Specialist â€" Registered Nurse

We have an exciting regional opportunity where the ideal RN will utilize their cardiac clinical skills and outgoing sales/marketing personality for

maintaining/building business relationships with high profile cardiac clients and support the region as an expert in our IV infusion services.

This position will also maintain and grow the profitability of an assigned territory, resolving questions and issues, provide training and coordinating Coram’s top quality services.

Achieves or exceeds assigned parenteral nutrition and cardiac sales goals and optimizes revenue outcome.

Drives parenteral nutrition and cardiac revenue growth for key customer accounts.

Identifies and retains new physicians, hospitals, payors ! and consumer opportunities for parenteral nutrition and cardiac revenue growth.

Coordinates sales activities with Regional Directors, Managed Care Medical Groups, Territory Managers and Clinical Service Liaisons.

Assists the Vice President, Territory Sales, with the development of therapy line sales strategies and goals for assigned region.

Works closely with the Center of Excellence for parenteral nutrition and cardiac to implement programs and provide timely customer feedback related to programs, collateral and initiatives that develop customer parenteral nutrition and cardiac growth strategy and review market opportunities.

Attends internal certifications and CEU presentations as indicated by customer's needs and regional staff resources.

Participates in local and national HPN/Cardiac and consumer support group meetings to enhance market intelligence and grow parenteral nutrition and cardiac business.

Participates in ! branch operations and sales meetings as directed.

Assures cust! omer satisfaction and resolves customer complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Assists Center of Excellence, corporate and regional management in assigned initiatives to include market research, competitive analysis, surveys, budget and strategy development.

Completes and submits required reports in a timely manner.

Maintains current account files and other records with respect to current and prospective customers in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Complies with all Company's policies and procedures with specific reference to compliance as well as others which may be implemented from time to time.

Maintains current knowledge of Center of Excellence programs, training, nutrition and cardiac certifications of education collateral, research and business goals.

Meets all established Company's standards with respect to:

Product knowledge

Customer Satisfaction

Competitive knowledge of the market and competition

Managed care and reimbursement methodologies

Internal and external customer communications

Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

The territory to be covered by this position will include Mountville to Malvern, PA and to the Columbia, MD area.

Qualifications

·

RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or school of nursing.

·

At least five years related experience is required with two years of cardiac therapies and/or home infusion sales experience preferred.

·

Sales and customer service experience strongly desired.

·

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in appropriate state of practice is required. Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas.

·

Must poss! ess a valid and current driver's license and appropriate auto insurance! coverages.

·

Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written).
