KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide HR customers and colleagues with an excellent HR customer service and experience by managing administrative tasks effectively and within defined SLAs.
  • Manage admin tasks related to on-boarding and case management area eg. Employee record management, exit process, compliance cases, employee query management.
  • Produce accurate reports, data extracts and conduct audits using MyHR (Success Factor) and other HR systems whilst ensuring adherence with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of HR policies and practices and an understanding of employment law and/or relevant standards and codes that underpin HR policies and processes.
  • Take personal ownership for resolving HR requests and tasks by working beyond organisational and functional boundaries; Challenge customer requests which do not align with BT policies and practices.
  • Proactively contribute to the HR Services team agenda by owning the delivery of continuous improvement and highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Employee Service:
  • Provide HR customers and colleagues with an excellent HR customer service and experience.
  • Continuously working on process improvement and better colleague experience in line with global approach.
  • Be expert in HR System and support stakeholders and colleagues in HR Admin tasks for the relevant HR related process during the whole employee lifecyle.

What you’ll be doing
1. Assists with the implementation of related people strategies and standard operating procedures to support the achievement of the overall organisational strategic and operational objectives.
2. Assists with the delivery of processes and procedures for the organisation and ensures timely and accurate reporting of information, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements as well as performance objectives such as performance reviews and goal setting.
3. Assists in the delivery of specified function personnel record keeping related to matters such as new hires, employee reviews, promotions, transfers and separations and ensures that personnel records meet all standards of accreditation.
4. Works alongside HR professionals to support the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness of the business function.
