About Our Client
We are looking for a warranty engineer for our business partner operating in the automotive industry.

Job Description
- Coordinating and handling all the claims from the dealer network, performing part audits, preparing periodic reports to follow the related budgets and deviations and take actions for the unpredictable costs.
- Claim handling according to updated company standard procedures.
- Check and sign all the claims (warranty, technical and commercial goodwill, PDI, service contracts, etc.) on Dealer Management System to transfer to the Efes Pro for crediting.
- Ensure the effective usage of warranty and goodwill budget by evaluating and inspecting the claims.
- Handle the repair and maintenance claims regarding the service contracts and follow up the costs per vehicle and customer to balance the cost/revenue budget.
- Release the new technical campaigns to the Network and define relevant campaigns for the vehicle list on Dealer Management System.
- Follow up technical campaigns and take actions in the field to increase the performance.
- Ensure the warranty KPI's that defined globally (i.e.,Claim submission time, Standard time usage,etc.) are in line with the global targets.
- Improve the efficiency of systems used for claim handling.
- Prepare ad hoc and periodic reports on all kind of claims.
- Coaching and supporting warranty responsible people in dealers by arranging warranty training's periodically.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in engineering such as;Mechanical, Automotive, Material, Industrial Engineering or Technical Education of Automotive.
- Having experience in warranty processes and contracts is the most important criterion.
- Technical knowledge of heavy transport vehicles preferable
- Min. 2 years of experience in automotive
- High decision making and convincing skills
- Analytic skills and good at finding solutions with proactive manner
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Ability to travel
