The Clinical Pharmacist serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care; regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members; and participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school. PharmD preferred. Must have current Maryland Pharmacist licensure. 2 â€" 4 years previous hospital pharmacy experience required. Advanced degree or residency may be accepted in lieu of experience
