Looking to earn extra money on your days off? MedStar Pharmacies, Inc. has an immediate need for per diem Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in Baltimore.
In this role, you will assist the pharmacist(s) in all areas of pharmacy operations, including prescription preparation, sales transactions, customer service, and purchasing and inventory maintenance.
Requirements include:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Six months retail pharmacy experience or equivalent training required
- Must successfully complete pharmacy technician certification through the nationally accredited certification examination of PTCB within 6 months of hire; pharmacy technician licensure or registration as required by the state where the pharmacy is located.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical! skills
- Computer skills
