- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy or closely related field and two years Residency or 6 years of previous professional practice are! a(s) experience required. -Completion of an ASHP accredited general practice residency program or equivalent experience required. -Specialty Residency and/or Board or national certification in area of practice preferred. -Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland or eligibility for reciprocity required. Job Duties: Assists the Director of Pharmacy by working collaboratively with multidisciplinary health care teams to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness in accordance with the orgainzation's quality of care.
