PHARMACIST

Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D program in Pharmacy. Requires 3-6 months related experience. Requires knowledge of general hospital and departmental policies. Duties include being responsible for the efficient and accurate provision ! of drug supplies and information according to established standards of practice.
Duties are performed in one or more of the department's organization units. High level of mental/visual fatigue due to details in filing and dispensing pharmaceuticals and to enter relevant patient information into a computer system via a CRT.
