Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedules
- Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene
- Implementing effective marketing strategies
- Fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our valued clients.
- Ensure clients are comfortable while at the salon.
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
- Ensuring the salon meets daily and monthly sales target
- Work on increasing rebook rates by being more proactive and interactive during and after service.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Diploma in any related discipline

Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a salon or spa management experience,
- Strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Accuracy in record keeping and documentation.
