Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the growth and diagnosis and optimization of Douyin live broadcast anchors, deeply understand the demands of anchors at different stages, analyze the growth pain points of anchors, and help the anchors grow from a global perspective and systematic means (problem diagnosis, numerical tasks, traffic strategies), effectively Improve the activity and retention of anchors 2. Qualifications

1.
