Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in hospital, home infusion, or long-term care setting is required Knowledge of pharmacy work routines, procedures, materials and/or equivalent required Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, medication names and aseptic technique required IV admixture and chemo certification by the pharmacy department required Analytical ability to maintain records, measure drugs, and recognize common computer errors required
Education & Certification \ License Requirements:
