The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the technical operation of the drug distribution system. Assist the pharmacist in the operation of the depart! ment. Performs basic mechanical dispensing skills.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. General understanding of pharmacy aspects preferred. Completion of a pharmacy technician program. State of Maryland Pharmacy Technician license required. Good understanding of basic principles of mathematics. General knowledge of computer applications and typing skills required. Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
