The Senior Manager, GPMA leads efforts to drive the payer perspective into brand strategy and implementation. For brands currently in developme! nt this individual would design and develop pricing and market access strategies and "Value Packs" and integrate them into the overall brand strategy. They would work with clinical and HOPE to design value demonstration support plans and develop the related market access, tools and communications strategies.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Champion the payer perspective and drive it into brand strategy and implementation.
• Commission pricing, HTA policy and reimbursement research to inform R&D on the voice of the customer, including: patients, providers, pharmacists, payers, and policy makers.
• Provide input to product development teams on pricing and reimbursement implications for MedImmune products.
• Assist Emerging Brands Marketing team in development of target product profiles (TPP) and disease area profiles.
• Contribute to the development of the integrated product development plan (iPDP) for a MedImmune ther! apeutic platform in development, beginning in Phase I and exte! nding throughout commercialization across the portfolio; inputs include coverage and reimbursement, pricing, value evidence, and government affairs information.

? Contribute to establishing and maintaining a panel of key opinion leaders -- payers, health economists, clinical experts, patient groups and policy makers within the designated MedImmune therapeutic platform.
