We are working exclusively with our client in identifying Clinical Trainers to support their new-hire protocol training programs. The audience you will be training includes clinici! ans, nurses, physicians, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, etc. You will attend a 2-4 week train-the-trainer (T3) session. The emphasis of this role will be business process and systems training related to Medicare, Medicaid, and medical software.
Experience Required:
Must be a licensed nurse (LPN, LVN or RN) with unencumbered license General knowledge of healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, and managed care Must have 3+ years’ experience delivering classroom training Previous experience with Medicare, Medicaid and medical software Experience working with training assessments and diagnostic procedures Some experience delivering virtual training Ability to work with a diversified employee population Flexible yet assertive
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months with possible extension
Location: Some training will be onsite in Baltimore, MD. You will have to travel for training delivery either regionally or natio! nally. Travel could be up to 100% of the time. The client will! pay for all travel expenses based on corporate travel policy. Applicants must be comfortable paying all travel expenses up front and being reimbursed biweekly (if engaged as a W2 contractor) . Must also be able to float travel expenses prior to reimbursement.
