We are looking for an Assistant to the Certification Body to join our DNV MEDCERT team in Hamburg.Key tasks for the Assistant:
- Preparation and post-processing of meetings
- Preparation of certification documentation for the verification and approval by the Certification Body
- Confirmation of certificates for authorities and public
- Handling of suspension, reduction, withdrawal and cancellation of certificates
- Surveillance of processes and corresponding data
- Maintenance of the data base concerning certification processes according to the requirements of the QM-system
- Special projects (according to Certification Body)
- Coordination with certification partners
- General correspondence for Certification Body
- Knowledge of administration functions
- EDP knowledge (Word, Excel, data base)
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and German is required
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team
- Proactive and result-oriented approach
