MedStar Pharmacies, Inc. has an immediate need for per diem Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in Baltimore.
! In this role, you will assist the pharmacist(s) in all areas of pharmacy operations, including prescription preparation, sales transactions, customer service, and purchasing and inventory maintenance.
Requirements include:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Six months retail pharmacy experience or equivalent training required
- Must successfully complete pharmacy technician certification through the nationally accredited certification examination of PTCB within 6 months of hire; pharmacy technician licensure or registration as required by the state where the pharmacy is located.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Computer skills
