Purpose of the position
We are now looking for an experienced professional to the role of Director Finance, Services. In this role you will be Finance Business Partner for the Services Division SVP and will provide critical and relevant financial information for decision-making; covering historical, current and future performance. You will be a member of the Services Division Leadership team and the Hiab Finance Management team, supporting Hiab finance initiatives. The role provides direct line leadership to the Business Controllers in the CSCs, hosted by the Services Division.
Key accountabilities:
- To take the lead as the Finance Business Partner in Strategy development and Strategic programme management - supporting the team with market insights and competitor benchmarking
- Supporting in Tactical decisions to improve all areas of the business in the delivery of excellent business results
- Driven by deep understanding of installed base
- Spares capture rate growth
- Excellence in pricing
- Strong awareness of the commercial and operational opportunities offered by digitalisation
- Operational effectiveness in all delivery processes
- Leveraging data from connected units to deliver differentiated customer solutions and new service products
- Expansion of product range to meet customer needs
- Optimal working capital performance
- Taking the lead in driving planning, forecasting and reporting processes to facilitate timely decision making in all areas
- Supporting the Services Division through cross functional work with CSCs, the Equipment Divisions and the Central Services Team
- Building a strong and collaborative relationship with the CBS and the Hiab Finance Team to deliver most effective and efficient processes through continuous improvement in the RTR, ITP and OTC delivery towers
- Seeking and delivering efficiencies across the Services Division and ensuring strong control of both ongoing operating costs, working capital and investment initiatives
- Supporting and steering major transformation and systems initiatives to deliver on planned business outcomes.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Academic degree (e.g MSc in business and economics)
- 10+ years in high level business controlling role and/or other demanding financial roles
- Similar industry and in a global business environment where there is a high focus on service
- Business control, financial reporting, finance processes and systems
- Strong capability in use finance tools - e.g. SAP, Qlikview, HFM & Google tools
- Experience in international multi currency and multi site businesses
- Executing for results, strong analytical capabilities with pragmatism and operational skills
- Relationship building, strong communication and cooperation skills
- Business acumen, result- and profit-orientation.
