As a CFO Partner, you will work directly with founders and leaders in startup and scaleup companies and have a significant impact on your clients’ successes as their external finance expert.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of our clients, fulfilling the duties of a CFO through our tech enabled and collaborative approach.
Your primary areas of responsibilities will be to:
Be a CFO Partner to the company’s clients, as you guide them towards making the best decisions and answer questions on critical financial elements
Build financial models, including budgets and forecasts together with the client
Deliver monthly client reports
Perform financial controlling and ensure that numbers are reported correctly
Help our clients identify and implement new financial and accounting tools that can automate processes
Share input to the software development team on product improvements
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience as an auditor, finance consultant (e.g. in CFO services), finance manager in a startup or experience from a finance function in a larger corporation
You’re customer focused with a desire to always deliver the best solution to the client
You’re quality-oriented and ensure that deliveries are of a high standard every time
You have a strong interest in the space with passion for numbers and metrics
Relevant system experience, such as with ERP, reporting, budget, or invoice systems is an advantage
