Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances
- Install or repair drywall, paint surfaces, and perform carpentry work
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
