The Pharmacy Practice Resident serves as an advanced pharmacist practitioner engaged in providing pharmaceutical care; regularly monitors patient-specific therapies and collaborates with other health care team members; and participates in quality-assurance activities, represents department on hospital-wide committees, and serves as a resource for other health care practitioners. Qualified candidates must have completed an accredited Pharmacy program and be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
