The Pharmacist is responsible for providing various clinical services including but not limited to the following:
taking park in continuing education programs for the medical, nursing and pharmacy staff; advising physicians
on drug usage and dose control, as well as optimization of drug therapy assisting the pharmacy Clinical
Manager and Director in everyday duties; independent evaluations and recommendations for appropriate
therapeutic decisions to and in col! laboration with other health care providers; and mentorship of! pharmacy
students.
Education
- ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
- BS or Pharm D (Required)
- Registered Pharmacist with the Maryland Board of Nursing (Required)
Experience and Skills
- 2 - 4 years Clinical Practice (Required)
4 - 6 years Clinical Practice (Preferred)
Required Skills: Strong Verbal Communications Skills, Strong Written Communications Skills, Excellent
Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Organizational Skills, Proven Analytical Skills
