As the Assistant Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Central Pharmacy and associated satellites. You will have direct operational oversight of professional pharmacists and other non-professional staff and will work closely with the other pharmacy administrative team to establish policies and procedures, and develop new programs. You will also work closely with external customers and internal resources to develop, establish, provide, and monitor pharmacy services for direct patient care and will maintain a lead role in the advancement of the profession of pharmacy.
